Easyfoil 130FC
Automatic Hot Foil Stamper
Easyfoil 130FC is designed for large-format post-press production that combines hot foil stamping and die cutting for various types of paper packaging. It works with a 1300 mm sheet format, reaches up to 6000 sheets per hour, and applies up to 300 tons of pressure for jobs such as milk boxes, food packaging, and folding gift boxes. These hot stamping and die cutting machines are suitable for single-layer paper and cardboard from 90 to 2000g/m², and can be paired with Ecocut 130CS die cutters for a more complete process that includes die cutting and stripping. They are equipped with MP2020 hot stamping control system to support non-stop pressure adjustment, easier operation, and connection with modern production management systems.

- Push-pull side lays allow the feeding position to be switched according to the sheet and job requirements.
- Before each sheet reaches the front lay, the deceleration mechanism slows it down to ensure a more stable positioning.
- A high-speed clutch lets the main processing section run separately during sampling and plate adjustment, so setup can be completed with fewer interruptions.
- The synchronous belt drive does not require frequent maintenance and keeps the feeding movement steady during operation.
- Can be equipped with an optional ultrasonic double-sheet detection to check the sheet flow and reduce the risk of feeding two sheets at once.
- Manual lateral pile adjustment allow operators to correct the sheet stack position before feeding.
- Equipped with a Becker vacuum pump

- The foil stamping control system handles foil feeding and all related stamping settings, keeping the process accurate and consistent.
- Three longitudinal foil feeding shafts are provided to handle standard foil layouts smoothly and efficiently.
- Includes one transverse foil feeding shaft for jobs that require foil movement across the sheet.
- External brush rollers collect waste foil after stamping and keep the foil area easier to manage.
- Optional holographic foil stamping control is available for jobs that require hologram effects.
- The foil feeding system can be upgraded to 6 longitudinal shafts and 2 transverse shafts.
- The maximum foil roll diameter is 250 mm.

- Transverse foil feeding gives more options for foil layouts that run across the sheet.
- Waste foil can be collected from the operator side, so foil handling is easier during production.

- The combined base plate can be fine-tuned during setup, so the die-cutting or stamping position can be adjusted more accurately.
- Equipped with an extended connecting rod, the die-cutting unit keeps pressure on the sheet slightly longer during each cycle, improving contact during foil stamping and die cutting.
- The chase and base plate are locked and released through a bidirectional pneumatic locking device, which makes setup and plate changes more convenient.
- Equipped with a high-quality main chain and patented front lay compensation mechanism to keep sheet positioning more accurate during high-speed production.
- 20 independent temperature control zones keep the temperature difference within ±5°C for more stable hot stamping results.
- A high-quality intermittent gearbox controls the main drive movement and keeps each cycle stable.
- Servo automatic pressure regulation adjusts pressure according to the material and job requirements.

- Mechanical bidirectional sheet alignment keeps the delivered sheets better arranged at the delivery end.
- The pneumatic sampling device lets operators take samples during production for quality checks.

- The hot stamping control system supports non-stop pressure adjustment, so pressure settings can be changed without interrupting production.
- Equipped with a high-grade circuit safety module, the control system reaches Level 4 safety protection.
- Mitsubishi PLC handles machine calculation and control response, keeping operation stable and reliable.
- The modular control and safety design makes maintenance easier when electrical or safety components need to be checked.
