The Diana Pharma folding box gluers are built for the pharmaceutical industry, combining compact layouts with precise folding, accurate gluing, and reliable embossing. They perform fast and simple changeovers and can reach running speeds of up to 250 m/min within a footprint of just twelve meters. Our Diana Pharma folder gluers process a wide range of boxes, including straight-line and crash lock bottom boxes, while the integrated Diana Braille module enables the production of over 60,000 Braille-embossed pharmaceutical boxes per hour, even in the smallest production spaces.

Main Configuration
Feeder and Alignment Unit
Fast setup is possible thanks to friction belts with positioning carriers, allowing smooth blank feeding.
The friction belts can be replaced in less than a minute without removing drive shafts.
Feeder gates provide precise control over length and pressure, ensuring consistent handling of both standard and odd-shaped boxes.
Standard features include: electronically controlled feeder with vibrator, separating air for blank separation, suction feeder with two belts, two cleaning brushes for feeder belts, and a stacking table.
Alignment ruler can be adjusted sideways up to 40 mm.
Braille-Module
Braille embossing tools can be positioned across the full working width for maximum flexibility.
The Braille module applies Braille to all main faces of the boxes.
The module length does not exceed 1,400 mm, even when multiple embossing tools are used.
Boxes are transported reliably during Braille embossing, while built-in quality control ensures consistent results.
Operators can access and operate the module easily, and it meets GS safety requirements.
Prefolding Module
The low side frame design provides excellent access for operators during setup and maintenance.
Crease lines 1 and 3 are prebroken to prepare boxes for accurate folding.
Supports code reader integration to enable tracking and automation.
An optional attachment allows efficient handling of crash lock bottom boxes.
Folding Unit
The upper right and left roller bars are adjustable to guide boxes smoothly through the folding process.
Boxes fold left-before-right to ensure accurate alignment of all panels.
Optional central rollers can be installed or removed easily thanks to their lightweight design.
Belt folding is available as an option, allowing open boxes as narrow as 45 mm to be processed.
User Interface and Automation
The touchscreen panel allows operators to control all functions comfortably and efficiently.
Navigation menus are intuitive and self-explanatory, simplifying adjustments and setup.
The Manu-Set function enables quick configuration for repeated tasks.
MK Remote Service can be integrated, giving operators the ability to monitor and support the system remotely.
Transfer Section
Two upper and two lower carriers guide boxes accurately through the transfer area.
Operators can manually adjust both upper and lower carriers to suit different box sizes.
An optional ejector system is available with linear configuration.
Optional box marking devices can be integrated for production tracking.
Pressing Section
Equipped with 600 mm wide compressing belt to ensure even pressure across boxes for accurate folding and gluing.
It measures 1.6 m, fully pressing boxes to stabilize folds and glue lines.
Optional soft rubber belt balances pressure for delicate or variable boxes.
Start/stop function for precise control during operation.
Can be upgraded with longer pressing and delivery sections for higher production capacity.
