MK Diana Easy 65/85/115
Folder Gluer
MK Diana Easy folder gluers are designed for carton converting lines that need flexible folding and gluing with easier setup and lower daily operating demands. Available in 65, 85, and 115 formats, the Diana Easy series covers different carton widths and supports a wide range of paperboard packaging styles. Thanks to their optimized drive system energy consumption during operation is reduced, and the modular design makes format changes, commissioning, and maintenance easier to handle. Reserved extension interfaces also allow new modules or functions to be added later when production needs change.

- The touchscreen gives operators access to machine settings, running status, and adjustment functions.
- The interface uses a clear navigation menu, so daily operation and setup are easier to manage.
- Optional SmartSet can store carrier positions for repeat orders, reducing the time needed to set the same carton style again.
- Optional DigiSet calculates the first carrier positions based on the blank data, giving operators a faster starting point during setup.

- The compression section uses a 600 mm wide pressing belt to keep folded cartons under steady pressure after gluing.
- A 2.4 m pressing section gives cartons enough contact time for the glue bond to settle before delivery.
- Soft rubber belts help balance pressure on the carton surface, especially when more controlled pressing is needed.
- Optional start/stop function can be added for better control of carton flow in the compression area.

- Two upper and lower carriers guide cartons as they move between sections.
- Upper carriers are adjusted manually, while lower carriers use motorized adjustment for easier setup.
- An inline ejector can be added or retrofitted when selected cartons need to be removed from the process.
- A touchscreen control panel gives operators direct access to transfer section settings.

- Telescopic upper roller bars on the left and right sides can be adjusted according to the carton structure.
- Left-before-right and right-before-left folding are both supported as standard.
- Center carriers can be added as an option or retrofitted later when more carton support is needed.
- The upper roller bar can tilt for easier access, and the lightweight lower carriers can be assembled or removed manually with less effort.
- Optional belt folding can handle cartons with an open width down to 45 mm.

- Left, middle, and right transmission belts guide crash lock bottom cartons through the module as standard.
- A glue flap prefolding device on the drive side can be added when the carton structure requires it.
- Space is reserved for a second backfolding shaft, which allows the module to handle more complex crash lock bottom designs.
- A gluing system can also be added for crash lock bottom carton production.

- Low side frames give operators easier access during setup and adjustment.
- Crease lines 1 and 3 can be prebroken before the blank enters the main folding section, so later folding steps are easier to control.
- The prefolding section can be prepared for a code reader when carton tracking or inspection is required.
- Upper and lower center carriers can be added as optional parts or retrofitted later when extra blank support is needed.

- The feeder is arranged for fast setup before carton blanks enter the folder gluer.
- Friction belts with quick-positioning carriers help operators adjust the feeder for different blank sizes and carton styles.
- Friction belts can be changed in less than one minute without removing the drive shafts.
- Feeder gates can be adjusted by length and pressure, giving better control when feeding regular or irregular carton blanks.
- An optional suction feeder system can be added when blanks need more stable pickup.
- Blank alignment is included as standard and can be set to the right or left side.
- The alignment ruler can move sideways up to 50 mm to avoid window cut-outs or special blank shapes.
- Upper and lower center carriers can be added or retrofitted later, and the upper carrier can tilt for easier access during setup.
